About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Technical Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate real business workflows. You’ll turn complex processes into simple, scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Notion.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and strategy consultants to bring Agentimise’s AI vision to life, helping clients move from experimentation to execution.

Integrate agents with CRMs, APIs, and automation tools (Make.com, Zapier).
Translate business challenges into efficient AI-driven workflows.
Test, monitor, and continuously improve agent performance.
Stay up to date with new AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

What you'll bring
3+ years in software engineering, automation, or AI development.
Strong Python and API integration skills.
Experience with OpenAI or similar APIs (Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or FastAPI is a plus.
An understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
A curious, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
3+ years in software engineering, automation, or AI development.
Strong Python and API integration skills.
